A superb opportunity has arisen for an experienced family law legal assistant/paralegal to join a well-established law firm on the Fylde Coast.nnWe are looking to recruit a full-time family law paralegal dealing with both private and public funding work.nnThe role will involve working closely with the Head of Department dealing with a caseload including but not limited to divorce, finance, injunctions and children matters.nnRoutine tasks will include:-nn• Responding to client queries at first point of contactn• Audio typingn• Preparing bundlesn• File managementn• Diary & deadline managementn• Maintaining detailed matter notesn• Full admin support to the family law teamn• Working collaboratively with whole teamn• Excellent client carennThe successful candidate will:nn• Be an experienced legal assistant/paralegal with experience in family law a bonusn• Have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office software including Teamsn• Have experience of HMCTS and CCMSn• Have a positive, can-do attituden• Be cool under pressure, with the ability to prioritise and adapt to the needs of the business and client basen• Be open to learning new technologies and skillsn• Have a passion for client care, attention to detail and pride in the quality of their worknnWe offer an attractive salary together with opportunities for career progression.
