Whilst I splash my face around social media like anything, my team are a little shyer. But I’m immensely proud of them and the work they do for our clients, so I want to show them off. Only – I don’t have a photo with just the 3 of them, so you’ve got to put up with my face again as well! Me – Rachael Panteney. Founder of Willow Tree Financial Services and a Financial Adviser Haylee Jackson – Mortgage and Protection Administrator. Often the first voice you’ll hear when you call, Haylee has been with me since day One. Efficient, Tenacious and keeps me in check. I couldn’t be without her. Cassandra Simmons – Protection Adviser. Cassie makes sure all of our clients receive recommendations tailored to their circumstances. Empathatic and understanding, she puts her heart into the role. Ananda de Oliveira – My executive assistant. Ananda does a bit of everything, from organising my diary, to helping with social media, to chasing pension and investment providers for our clients. Systematic (this one loves a spreadsheet) and professional, our newest recruit has slotted right in. The best thing about my personnel, is that they really are a team in every sense of the word. I trust they will work hard for our clients, and they will all pitch in when necessary to get the job done. On top of that, we laugh, a lot. Our office is a fun place to be, and we hope that comes across to our clients – that we all enjoy what we do and the environment we work in. So, this is us.
