What happens at a consultation meeting?

The free consultation is an informal chat to get to know you and find out more about the help you are looking for. The meeting, whether it is virtual or in person, is typically 30-45 minutes long but it can be as long as you need.

How much do you charge?

Our fees are fixed and tailored specifically to each individual's needs. We offer a free consultation to every customer in order to assess the accountancy and tax work that is required, discuss the possible tax savings available and answer any questions you may have. Once we have held a consultation with you, we will provide a quotation. This quotation stands for 3 months.

How do I switch accountants?

We make switching to TaxAssist Accountants as easy as possible and it is easier to switch than you may think. We can make this much easier for you by contacting your current accountant to inform them of your wish to leave and request your files and records are sent to us so we can begin working for you. Am I due any tax back?

If you believe you may be due a tax refund and you would like an accountant to process a claim on your behalf, please contact our team on 0800 0523 555 or enquire online to discuss how we may assist you and provide a quotation.

Do you offer work experience placements?
