I use a structured framework of practical and interactive mentoring – typically 10 sessions – using a number of coaching modalities. It’s client-centred, client-driven and emphasises individual responsibility and self-agency. A pattern of ‘accountability cadences’, in-between sessions, instils motivation, commitment and forward momentum. I’m enthusiastic and empathetic by nature and I offer my clients the benefit of my wide experience in different roles: strategy, marketing and sales in major corporations; client management and head of digital in leading communications agencies; mentor and coach to individuals and businesses.
