In todays Sunday Times there’s two articles - why remarriage can cost your children their inheritance, and; - if your home life is complicated, then you need a Will. Both remind you that marriage invalidates a previous Will (generally speaking). Probate disputes between families over inheritance have been on the rise considerably over the last few years. They end relationships! And so the best advice has to be review your Will regularly and if you don’t have one, get one - and use a professional solicitor. I could recommend one or two ;) To be fair, even if your home life isn’t “blended” or whatever terminology they’re using here, it is still worth having a Will in place. Have a lovely Sunday. Get a Will next week yeah?!
