I’m sure you will all agree that getting feedback from your clients is fantastic, whether it be good or bad, it’s what helps us grow and gives us a barometer to let us know how we’re doing. Good feedback makes us feel good, tells us we’re doing something right, gives us the impetus to work harder and boosts moral. Bad feedback whilst making us feel not so good can also be a positive, as there may be things we could do smarter, better or more efficiently. If we take bad feedback in a constructive way, it can also drive us forward to improve and meet our clients’ expectations. At JLP we are always happy to hear how we are doing.
