An established and successful lawyer, Emma will work with Wollens clients in all aspects of commercial law. Emma studied Law at the University of Leicester. Emma’s first post was with Law firm Addleshaw Goddard. Here she qualified within the firm’s commercial property department. In 2002 Emma was selected for a secondment to the Commonwealth Games committee where she was tasked with finalising the necessary commercial contracts. Prior to joining Wollens Emma has built up a strong reputation specialising in every aspect of commercial property law from site assembly to planning, acquisitions, disposals, option agreements, joint venture build agreements and leases. Alongside Commercial Property work she also deals with company commercial law including asset and share sales and purchases, structures, shareholder agreements, partnership agreements, bespoke contracts, JV agreements, business T’s & C’s, and licensing.
