How long will it take?

Depending on the service you have chosen with us will ultimately vary the time it takes from process to process. We look at individual circumstances too, which almost will vary the time it takes to carry out our services. Our legal teams will guide you through timescales.

How much are your services?

Depending on the service you use with us and your individual circumstances, our service prices will differ. We will inform you of our fees in your initial consultation with us.

How long does conveyancing take?

Typically, conveyancing can take up to 16 weeks to complete. However, it can take longer or a shorter amount of time depending on individual circumstances.

What orders might be made in respect of children in care proceedings?

There are a range of court orders which may be made, all depending upon the circumstances of the case. In some cases, the court may not make any order at all, however the court will often make either a Supervision Order or Care Order to ensure that social services are given a legal duty and framework to undertake any assessments and deliver any support that is deemed by the court to be needed. Orders can also be made in favour of the carers of the children, including Child Arrangements Orders and Special Guardianship Orders. If there is a plan for any child to be adopted, the Court will consider making a Placement Order and ultimately an Adoption Order.
