Do I have to do the Work Placement in a specific office?

We will work with you to find the office most suitable for your Work Placement. It is unlikely that you will need to attend other offices during the Work Placement.

Will I be paid for attending the Work Placement?

This will depend on a number of factors including length of placement and performance at interview. Generally, if the placement is for more than 2 weeks, you will be paid.

Will I get a say in which seats I do?

You will. We try to accommodate your wishes when looking at seats, but business needs will also be a consideration as will your willingness to travel to other Bridge McFarland offices to ensure appropriate supervision can be provided.

Will I get a say in which office I work out of?

For the most part, you will be encouraged to work at the office most local/convenient for you. The only exceptions will be business needs or a wish to experience a specialism not offered at your local office.
