We hold our meetings via Zoom or in our offices. Our default choice of meeting is Zoom, but if you prefer to meet at our offices, just let us know and we will arrange that for you.

We have a comprehensive back-office system and a highly knowledgeable support team, which means that in 90% of cases, any queries can be readily answered by our Client Relationship Team, or if it is a technical question, by our Paraplanners. It is rare that one of our clients requires advice at short notice, as usually we have discussed various possible scenarios and have plans in place. If necessary, we will arrange a meeting with another adviser in the team.

We have two services: initial and ongoing. We charge a one-off initial fee for new investments or the set up of new plans, and then a separate ongoing fee for the ongoing monitoring and reviews.
