Yes, of course, I can deliver training days or sessions and tackle an exact need or gap in learning, and I would never say no to helping where I can, but if you asked me honestly, do I think that training of that nature has long terms impact?  Do I think longer-term relationships with clients, delegates, or coachees are more effective than short-term training? Yes, long-term relationships, getting to know the client, and revisiting the training as part of a programme of learning and is more impactful. Is short-term training useful? Yes, but not as much so, as I believe that forming long-term relationships with clients for whom I do leadership development is important for several reasons. First and foremost, long-term relationships provide the opportunity for ongoing support and guidance.  As individuals progress in their leadership development, they may face new challenges and opportunities.  Having a long-term relationship with a coach or mentor can provide them with the support and guidance they need to navigate these challenges and seize these opportunities.
