Best Business Consultants in Blackpool

Hi, my name is Janet Whitworth. I started Whitworth Consulting Ltd following 34 years of working in the Civil Service, the NHS and Higher Education. Although I started out as a Clerical Officer many years ago, I finished my full-time career as Chief Operating Officer at the University of Cumbria. Working in many different roles (senior board-level posts for the last 15 years) has been a fantastic experience, but most of all, I have enjoyed helping organisations improve performance through their people. So, if you would like to discuss your issues, from strategic change to an individual employee, please get in touch. I enjoy talking to clients, and there is no obligation or charge for an initial consultation. I am currently working with an NHS Trust, small businesses and a charity. For large assignments, I have a network of trusted, professionally qualified associates I can call upon to assist. My clients tell me that I give clear, pragmatic advice with costed options so they can make informed decisions. So whether you are considering a review involving thousands of staff, redundancies, TUPE or dismissing a difficult employee, please give me a call. I am a CIPD Fellow and a member of the Armed Forces Pay Review Body. Discounted rates are available to organisations with charitable status. I also undertake some pro bono work for individuals suffering injustice in the working environment.
